Fishing Instructions

This fly regularly filled my limit at Weirwood early season. It is a good representation of a caddis larva so should be fished slowly on a long leader

Interesting facts

Very simple to tie but good at hooking the bottom. If you don’t occasionally hook the bottom then you are not fishing deep enough. My fishing log shows many successful days in the 1990s at Weirwood.
