Carp on the fly has now become a regular on the Sussex Fly Dressers' Guild calendar and nowhere finer than this splendid location: Jennie's Lake at Newdigate, the water that just keeps on giving!
Mike Guest was just one of the dozen or so members who got an aching arm that day pulling out one fighting fish after another. There were, of course, slack periods when the fish obviously decided they had other things on their mind but when the feeding turned on there was fast and furious sport for all.
Everyone had something to show for their efforts and we are all looking forward to another visit before too long. Thanks Jennie for a great day out.
