Special Tying Instructions: |
Tie head first – use white thread as base (⅓ of shank from eye), tie in lead wire on top of hook from eye to ⅓ and then wind back to eye in close turns, nip off. Cover with varnish or superglue, and overwind the thread several times to fill gaps, tie off. Coat head with white Tippex forming smooth surface. When dry, paint with bright yellow varnish (Revell’s or nail varnish). When dry add small black eyes. |
Fishing Instructions: |
Slow figure of eight retrieve at varying depths, interspersed with sharp pulls. Vary speed of retrieve if necessary. Best fished deep. |
